Below are the steps needed for a person with a foreign degree to apply for a position within Kentucky State Government.
If the person is applying for an engineering related position, they must verify their degree with Engineering Credentials Evaluation International (ECEI). This is the ONLY evaluation service that is acceptable for engineering degrees, per the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
